Global Burden of Disease tahun 2010 menyatakan bahwa penyakit ginjal merupakan penyebab kematian peringkat ke-27 di dunia tahun 1990 dan meningkat menjadi urutan ke-18 pada tahun 2010. Dari hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan tahun 2018 pada Terminal Peti Kemas Medan terdapat > 30 % pekerja yang mengalami penurunan fingsi ginjal. Data tersebut merupakan suatu peringatan bagi pekerja untuk dapat meningkatkan fungsi ginjal mereka. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian mengenai faktor yang berhubungan dengan fungsi ginjal pada pekerja pesawat angkut di terminal peti kemas pada pelabuhan umumnya di Indonesia.Penelitian dengan desain cross sectional pada operator pesawat angkut di Terminal Peti Kemas Medan . Besar sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 87 orang. Variabel dependen adalah fungsi ginjal dan variabel independen adalah usia, status gizi, konsumsi cairan, status hidrasi dan aktivitas fisik. Penilaian fungsi ginjal menggunakan estimasi laju filtrasi glomerulus menggunakan rumus CKDEPI. Konsumsi Cairan melalui kuesioner food recall 24 jam. Penilaian aktivitas fisik berdasarkan Kueseioner Bouchard. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS Statistics versi 20.0.Angka prevalensi penurunan fungsi ginjal sebanyak 49,4%. Uji chi square antara fungsi ginjal dan konsumsi cairan hasil didapatkan nilai p = < 0,001, OR = 6,2 (2,3 -16,8, IK 95%) . Hasil regresi logistik diperoleh variabel konsumsi cairan berpengaruh terhadap fungsi ginjal dengan masing-masing p adalah 0,001.Ada hubungan antara konsumsi cairan dan terjadinya penurunan fungsi ginjal pada pekerja operator pesawat angkut di terminal peti kemas. Pekerja yang dengan konsumsi cairan < 2,4 L akan berisiko 6 kali mengalami penurunan fungsi ginjal dibandingkan konsumsi cukup. Faktor individu seperti usia, status gizi dan akivitas fisik tidak berhubungan dengan fungsi ginjal pada subjek penelitian.

Therefore, we want to conduct research on factors related to renal function in crane operator at the port container terminal generally in Indonesia.A cross sectional design study on a crane operator in the Medan container terminal. The sample size was 87 people. The dependent variable was renal function and the independent variable were age, nutritional status, fluid consumption, hydration status and work exposure ie workload. Assessment of renal function used the estimated glomerular filtration (CKD EPI formula). Fluid consumption obtained from a 24-h food recall questionnaire. Assessment of physical activity based on Bouchard questionnaire. Data analysis has been used SPSS Statistics version 20.0.The prevalence of renal function is 49.4%. Chi-square test between renal function and fluid consumption with p value < 0,001, OR = 6,2 (2,3 -16,8, CI 95%). Data analyzed between renal function and hydration status results in p = <0.001 and OR 7,0 (2,7 -18,2) IK 95%. The logistic regression results obtained variable fluid consumption affect renal function with each p is 0.001.There is a relationship between fluid consumption and renal function decline in the crane operator in the container terminal. Workers with fluid consumption <2.4 L will risk 6 times decreased renal function compared to adequate consumption. Individual factors such as age, nutritional status and years of service were not related to renal function in crane operator. |
