Abstract
Kode Etik dan Perilaku merupakan aspek penting yang menjadi pedoman bagi perusahaan. Makalah ini mengevaluasi penerapan Kode Etik dan Perilaku di Commonwealth Bank Australia. Makalah ini akan membahas pelanggaran Kode Etik serta implikasinya terhadap bank, pentingnya inisiatif Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (CSR) terkait dengan Kode Etik dan Perilaku bank, dan peran bank sebagai salah satu penandatangan United Nation Global Compact.
Code of Conduct and Ethics is an important aspect that act as guidelines for company. This paper evaluates the application of Commonwealth Bank Australia Code of Conduct and Ethics. This paper will cover Code of Conduct and Ethics breaches as well as their implication to the bank, the importance of Information Technology (IT) Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives related to the bank Code of Conduct and Ethics, and the bank?s role as one of the United Nation Global Compact Signatory.
