Abstract
Apoteker memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas kesehatan seperti di rumah sakit dan apotek. Apoteker dituntut untuk dapat menguasai berbagai macam kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian, tidak hanya dibidang pengelolaan farmasi saja atau bidang pelayanan farmasi klinik saja. Apoteker dituntut untuk dapat mengembangkan kompetensinya pada semua aspek. Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh apoteker menjadi kunci sukses pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan memasuki tempat praktik kerja profesi. Pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dapat menjadi salah satu wadah bagi calon apoteker dalam meningkatkan kompetensi apoteker. Kegiatan PKPA di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD Gatot Soebroto) dan Apotek Keluarga 1 diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada calon apoteker mengenai peranan, tugas, maupun tanggung jawab apoteker khususnya dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit dan apotek.
......Pharmacist plays crucial role in performing health service in health facilities such as in hospital and pharmacy. Pharmacist is required to have abilities in various activities of pharmaceutical practice, not only in pharmaceutical management or only in pharmaceutical clinics. Pharmacist is required to develop their competence in all aspects. Pharmacist competence is the key to get a successful in the pharmaceutical practice. Competency standards of Indonesia pharmacist consist of ten (10) competency standards as skills that expected from pharmacist when graduation and performing health service. Internship program is one of the place for future pharmacist to develop their competence. Internship program at Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD Gatot Soebroto) and Apotek Keluarga 1 hopefully can provide an overview to future pharmacist about the role of duties and responsibilities of pharmacist specifically in pharmaceutical practice in hospital and pharmacy.
