Abstract
Seorang Apoteker memegang peranan penting di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek. Apoteker harus memiliki standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalankan praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia yang terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi adalah kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh Apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon Apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran Apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Mahakam Beta Farma pada periode Februari - Maret 2020 dan di Apotek Roxy Mangga Besar pada periode Mei - Juni 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
......A Pharmacist plays an important role in the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacist must have competency standards as a requirement to enter the world of work and carry out professional practices. Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards, which consist of ten (10) competency standards, are the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Internship Program for Pharmacist (PKPA) was carried out at PT Mahakam Beta Farma in the period February - March 2020 and at Apotek Roxy Mangga Besar in the period May - June 2020. During the Internship Program for Pharmacist (PKPA) It is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices.
