Permintaan energi di sektor industri diperkirakan meningkat dan mendominasi total kebutuhan energi final. Industri Kecil dan Menengah saat ini mendominasi jumlah industri di Indonesia. Industri dengan skala menengah diambil sebagai bahan penelitian karena homogenitasnya, potensinya untuk menjadi industri besar dan umumnya telah memiliki struktur organisasi yang dapat melaksanakan suatu sistem manajemen. Organisasi Internasional untuk Standardisasi (ISO) mengeluarkan standar Manajemen Energi ISO 50001 yang digunakan untuk mengelola kinerja energi termasuk efisiensi dan konsumsi energi. Oleh karena itu penerapan ISO 50001 dapat memainkan peran penting dalam industri untuk mendukung penghematan finansial dan mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui klausul apa saja pada sistem manajemen energi ISO 50001 yang memiliki hubungan dengan keefektifan penerapan sistem manajemen energi ISO 50001 pada industri menengah di Indonesia sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada industri menengah dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan fokus pada saat implementasi sistem manajemen energi. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan ANP dari kuesioner dan wawancara kepada ahli di bidang ISO 50001 adalah diperolehnya urutan kriteria efektivitas yaitu (Kepemimpinan; Perencanaan; Operasional; Dukungan; Evaluasi Kinerja), dan dari sub kriteria diperoleh hasil urutan sub kriteria lima teratas adalah (Tindakan untuk mengatasi risiko dan peluang; Pemantauan, pengukuran, analisis dan evaluasi kinerja energi dan SME; Memahami ekpektasi pihak berkepentingan; Informasi terdokumentasi; dan Memahami konteks organisasi). Energy demand in the industrial sector is predicted to increase and will dominate the total final energy demand. Small and Medium Industries currently dominate the number of industries in Indonesia. Medium scale industry is taken as research material because of its homogeneity, its potential to become a large industry and generally has an organizational structure that can implement a management system. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) issued the ISO 50001 Energy Management standard which is used to manage energy performance including energy efficiency and consumption. Therefore the application of ISO 50001 can play an important role in the industry to support financial savings and reduce environmental impact. This study aims to determine what clauses in the energy management system ISO 50001 have a relationship with the effectiveness of the application of the ISO 50001 energy management system in medium-sized industries in Indonesia so that it can provide convenience to medium-sized industries in making decisions to determine focus when implementing energy management systems. The results of data processing using ANP from questionnaires and interviews with experts in the field of ISO 50001 are the obtaining of a sequence of effectiveness criteria, namely (Leadership; Planning; Operation; Support; Performance Evaluation), and from the sub criteria the top five subcriteria order results are (Actions to address risks and opportunities; Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation of energy performance and the EnMS; Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties; Documented information; and Understanding the organization and its context). |
