Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Memengaruhi Kepuasan Pengguna Terhadap Sistem Informasi Manajemen Investigasi di Komisi Yudisial = Analysis of Factors that Influence User Satisfaction of Investigation Management Information Systems in The Judicial Commission

Komisi Yudisial dalam menjalankan wewenangnya pasti tidak lepas dengan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan sistem informasi. Sistem informasi yang mendukung proses bisnis utama di mana sistem informasi tersebut berperan langsung terhadap keberhasilan dalam mencapai visi, misi dan strategi di Komisi Yudisial disebut sistem informasi utama (core). Komisi Yudisial mempunyai beberapa sistem informasi utama salah satunya adalah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Investigasi. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Investigasi sudah dibuat dan diimplementasikan di Komisi Yudisial sejak Tahun 2015 dan ditujukan untuk seluruh pegawai di Biro Investigasi yang berjumlah 32 orang. Namun dalam pelaksanaan-nya, hanya pegawai dari subbagian Produksi dan Dokumentasi yang berjumlah 5 orang yang aktif menggunakan sistem. Dari jumlah tersebut dapat dilihat persentase pengguna sistem informasi Manajemen Investigasi hanya 15,6% dari target seluruh pegawai Biro Investigasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini melakukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi Manajemen Investigasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online ke seluruh pegawai Biro Investigasi. Analisa dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM dengan menggunakan tools SmartPLS versi 3.2.9 untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah dibuat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 hipotesis terdapat 6 hipotesis yang diterima dan 4 hipotesis yang ditolak. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna terhadap Sistem Informasi Manajemen Investigasi yaitu faktor Anxiety, Design Quality, Facilitating Condition, Information Quality, dan System Quality. The Judicial Commission in exercising its authority cannot be separated from the use and utilization of information systems. The information system that supports the main business processes in which the information system has a direct role in the success in achieving the vision, mission and strategy in the Judicial Commission is called the main information system (core). The Judicial Commission has several main information systems, one of which is the Investigation Management Information System. The Investigation Management Information System has been created and implemented in the Judicial Commission since 2015 and is intended for all 32 employees in the Investigation Bureau. However, in its implementation, only 5 employees from the Production and Documentation subsection are actively using the system. From this number, it can be seen that the percentage of users of the Investigation Management information system is only 15.6% of the target of all Investigation Bureau employees. Based on these problems, this study conduct further analysis to determine the factors that influence user satisfaction of the Investigation Management information system. Data collection uses qualitative methods through interviews and quantitative methods by distributing online questionnaires to all Investigation Bureau employees. Data analysis and processing were carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM method using the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 tool for testing the hypotheses that have been made. The results of this study indicate that of the 10 hypotheses, 6 hypotheses were accepted and 4 hypotheses were rejected. The factors that influence user satisfaction with the Investigation Management Information System are Anxiety, Design Quality, Facilitation Conditions, Information Quality, And System Quality. |
