 Abstract
Intensitas emisi GRK dari kegiatan produksi migas cenderung meningkat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis emisi GRK, menganalisis biaya pengurangan emisi, menganalisis perilaku KKKS migas serta menyusun mitigasi emisi pada kegiatan produksi migas. Perhitungan emisi menggunakan metoda IPCC Tier-1, perilaku KKKS dianalisis dari Laporan Keberlanjutan, analisis biaya pengurangan emisi menggunakan metoda marginal abatement cost (MAC), dan mitigasi emisi disusun berdasarkan Kurva MAC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan emisi dari sumber pembakaran bahan bakar sebesar 354.487 ton CO2e/tahun, sedangkan emisi dari sumber fugitive sebesar 125.476 ton CO2e/tahun. Sumber emisi GRK terutama berasal dari pembakaran pada turbin pembangkit listrik dan kompresor gas. Perilaku KKKS termasuk kategori cukup baik tetapi perlu peningkatan pada perilaku penggunaan energi terbarukan. Beberapa pilihan mitigasi bernilai MAC negatif sehingga berpotensi memberikan keuntungan ekonomi bagi KKKS. Mitigasi emisi disusun melalui peningkatan perilaku KKKS dan pemilihan aksi mitigasi yang memberikan penurunan emisi GRK terbesar dengan biaya pengurangan emisi terkecil. ......The GHG intensity from O&G production activity is continue increasing. This research aims to analyze the GHG emission, the emission reduction cost, the mitigation behavior of O&G company, and to develop emission mitigation. The GHG emission is calculated by IPCC Tier-1 method, company behavior is analyzed thru Sustainability Report, the emission reduction cost is analyzed by marginal abatement cost (MAC), and emission mitigation is developed by MAC Curve. The results showed that emissions from fuel combustion were 354,487 tons CO2e/year, while emissions from fugitive were 125,476 tons CO2e/year. The source of GHG emissions mainly from fuel combustion in power generator equipment and gas compressor.
