Salah satu PNS di Indonesia adalah Guru. Sebagai seorang PNS, guru berhak medapatkan kesejahteraan. Salah satu bentuk kesejahteraan adalah penerimaan dana pensiun. Setiap tahun ada sekitar 400 PNS yang memasuki masa pensiun di kabupaten Kebumen. Sehingga dalam 5 tahun ada sekitar 2000 PNS penerima pensiun, termasuk guru. Masalah yang terjadi, belum ada mekaninsme tentang pencairan dana pensiun yang mudah dan dapat dipantau oleh semua guru, baik guru Sekolah Dasar (SD), Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), dan Sekolah Mengenah Atas (SMA). Untuk itu penulis mengadakan penelitian tentang dana pnsiun guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis, pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian, pada guru SD pencairan dana pensiun diurus UPT Dinas Pendidikan Unit Kecamatan, pengajuan berkas 15 sampai 12 bulan sebelum masa pensiun. SK pensiun dikeluarkan oleh bupati. Untuk guru SMP, pencairan dana pensiun diurus oleh TU sekolah, berkas pensiun diusulkan 15 sampai 12 bulan sebelum pensiun, SK pensiun dikeluarkan oleh bupati. Untuk guru SMA, pencairan dana pensiun diurus oleh TU sekolah, berkas pensiun diusulkan 15 sampai 12 bulan sebelum pensiun. SK pensiun dikeluarkan oleh gubernur. Baik guru SD, SMP maupun SMA, dana pensiun dapat cair antara 15 hari sampai 1 bulan sesudah tanggal pensiun.
One of the civil servants in Indonesia is a teacher. As a civil servant, a teacher has right to get prosperity. One kind of prosperity is to get the retirement fund. Every year there are about 400 civil servants who will get their retirement period in Kebumen regency so there are about 2000 civil servants who will get the retirement fund in the next 5 years including teachers. The problem is that there has been no mechanism about the retirement fund disbursement which is easy and can be monitored by all teachers whether Elementary School teachers, Junior High School teachers, or Senior High School teachers. For those reasons, the researcher held the research about teacher retirement fund. The research method which is used in this research is analytical descritive method and the research approach which is used in this research is juridical normative approach. The result of the research; for the Elementary School teachers, the retirement disbursement fund is handled by the UPT District Education Office filing files 15 until 12 months before retirement period. The desicion letter of retirement is released by the regent. For Senior High School teachers, the retirement disbursement fund is handled by the school administration and the file of retirement is proposed 15 until 12 months before the retirement period. The desicion letter of retirement is released by the governor. The retirement fund can be disbursed between 15 days to one month after the retirement date by the Elementary School teachers, Junior High School teachers, and Senior High School teachers. |
