Abstract
Laporan ini mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Banding atas sengketa PT HJP yang dilakukan oleh JJK Solutions pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Laporan ini hanya membahas persiapan Banding PT HJP oleh JJK Solutions saat pandemi, alur sengketa PT HJP, dan proses persiapan dokumen sidang formal yang dilakukan JJK Solutions. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, seluruh persiapan dan pelaksanaan Banding yang dilakukan oleh JJK Solutions selama pandemi telah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
.......This report evaluates the Appeal of the PT HJP conducted by JJK Solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. This report only discusses the preparation of the PT HJP appeal by JJK Solutions during the pandemic, the flow of the PT HJP dispute, and the process of preparing formal court documents by JJK Solutions. Based on the evaluation, all preparations and implementation of the Appeal carried out by JJK Solutions during the pandemic have been in accordance with applicable regulations.
