Pemberian ASI eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, antara lain dukungan sosial dan metode persalinan Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan sosial dengan praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif di Rumah Sakit. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenient sampling yang melibatkan 217 responden dengan pengambilan data secara online. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat (uji Kruskal- Wallis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan informasional, instrumental, dan emosional terhadap praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu dengan riwayat SC di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati Jakarta Selatan (p > 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan penilaian terhadap praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu dengan riwayat SC di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati Jakarta Selatan (p <0,05). Kesiapan diri ibu menyusui dengan riwayat SC dan dukungan penilaian memiliki peranan penting dalam praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif. Exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by many factors, including social support and delivery methods. The study aimed to analyze the relationship between social support and the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in hospitals. The research design is cross sectional, the sampling technique uses convenient sampling involving 217 respondents with online data collection. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis (Kruskal-Wallis test). The results showed that there was no significant relationship between informational, instrumental, and emotional support on the practice of exclusive breastfeeding for mothers with a history of CS at Fatmawati Central General Hospital, South Jakarta (p > 0.05). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between assessment support for the practice of exclusive breastfeeding for mothers and a history of CS at Fatmawati Central General Hospital, South Jakarta (p <0.05). Self-readiness of breastfeeding mothers with a history of CS and assessment support has an important role in the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. |
