Kebutuhan akan sistem tenaga listrik pada sektor industri sangatlah penting karena proses produksi tidak akan berjalan jika tidak ada sistem tenaga listrik yang andal dan sesuai standar. Pada sektor industri juga sangat memperhatikan efisiensi karena dapat mempermurah produktifitas secara tidak langsung sehingga menguntungkan secara menyeluruh untuk perusahaan. Pada suatu evaluasi perencanaan instalasi listrik tenaga tujuannya untuk melihat kualitas suatu jaringan listrik tenaga yang akan dibandingkan dengan regulasi dan salah satu metode untuk mengevaluasi dilakukan dengan simulasi studi aliran daya dan hubung singkat menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP PowerStation 12.6.0. Hasil analisis aliran daya dengan keadaan sumber listrik dari PLN atau generator set menunjukan nilai jatuh tegangan berkisar 0% - 0,04% pada tegangan menengah dan 1,24% - 4,01% pada tegangan rendah ,jatuh tegangan pada keadaan normal sudah sesuai standar SPLN 72 tahun 1987. sedangkan pada pembebanan optimum menggunakan sumber listrik generator set ketika suplai PLN terputus menunjukan persentase pembebanan sebesar 79,2% yang berarti generator set dapat menampung beban terpasang sesuai kapasitasnya sudah sesuai standar PUIL 2011. perbaikan faktor daya dengan kapasitor bank yang sebelumnya bernilai 0,782 lagging menjadi 0,994 lagging. Mengikuti Peraturan Presiden Nomor 8 Tahun 2011, maka perusahaan tidak perlu membayar biaya listrik tambahan Hasil analisis hubung singkat menunjukan tidak terdapat peralatan yang kapasitasnya dibawah arus hubung singkat. Bedasarkan hasil analisis aliran daya dan hubungan singkat rancangan sistem jaringan listrik tenaga milik PT. Golden Siantar Makmur sudah sesuai standar PLN. The need for an electric power system in the industrial sector is very important because the production process will not run if there is no reliable and standardized electric power system. The industrial sector is also very concerned about efficiency because it can reduce productivity indirectly so that it is overall profitable for the company. In an evaluation of electrical installation design, the aim is to see the quality of a power grid that will be compared with regulations and one of the methods to evaluate is carried out by simulating power flow and short circuit studies using ETAP PowerStation 12.6.0 software. The results of the analysis of power flow with the state of the electricity source from PLN or the generator set show the value of the voltage drop ranging from 0% - 0.04% at medium voltage and 1.24% - 4.01% at low voltage the voltage drop under normal conditions is as requested with the 1987 SPLN 72 standard. while the optimum loading uses a generator set power source and when the PLN supply is cut off, the percentage of loading is 79.2%, which means the generator can accommodate the installed load according to its capacity as requested to the 2011 PUIL standard. improvement of power factor with capacitor bank which was previously worth 0.782 lagging to 0.994 lagging. Following Presidential Regulation Number 8 of 2011, the company does not need to pay additional electricity costs. The results of the short circuit analysis show that there is no equipment whose capacity is below the short circuit current. Based on the results of power flow analysis and short circuit design of the power grid system owned by PT. Golden Siantar Makmur is in accordance with PLN standards. |
