Nyeri neuropatik merupakan salah satu bentuk nyeri kronis dengan prevalensi berkisar 7-10% dari populasi di negara maju. Obat farmasi yang paling umum digunakan dalam pengobatan nyeri neuropatik adalah antidepresan. Beberapa tanaman herbal seperti pala (Myristica fragrans), cengkeh (Syzygium aromaticum) dan jahe (Zingiber officinale) secara empiris dapat digunakan sebagai obat herbal untuk mengurangi ketegangan saraf dengan efek samping yang lebih rendah. Bahan-bahan yang telah diperoleh akan diekstraksi untuk mendapatkan ekstrak herbal, kemudian diproduksi untuk mendapatkan minuman herbal yang mudah dikonsumsi oleh sebagian besar konsumen. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perancangan pabrik dari minuman herbal sehat yang tidak hanya memberikan obat untuk rasa sakit tetapi juga dapat mengatasi orang-orang yang mencintai minuman sehat. Formulasi minuman herbal terdiri dari cengkeh, pala dan jahe. Proses pembuatannya terdiri dari ekstraksi cengkeh, pala dan jahe dalam air panas, kemudian disaring sebelum disegel dalam botol. Desain pabrik akan memproduksi 4.027 botol per hari dengan harga Rp. 10.000 untuk setiap botol. Investasi modal pabrik sebesar Rp. 3,173,551,519, dengan IRR sebesar 92.07%. NPV yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp 20,093,911,039 dengan periode pengembalian 1,35 tahun. Produk ini relatif sensitif terhadap harga jual dan harga bahan baku.
Neuropathic pain is a form of chronic pain with a prevalence ranging from 7-10% of the population in developed countries. Some herbs such as nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) and ginger (Zingiber officinale) empirically can be used as a herbal medicine to reduce nerve tension with lower side effects. The ingredients that have been obtained will be extracted to get herbal extracts, then produced to get herbal drinks that can easily consumed by most of the consumers. This study examines the plant design of a healthy herbal drinks that not only provide the cure for the pain but also can also address people who loves healthy drinks. The formulation of the herbal drinks consists of cloves, nutmeg and ginger. The manufacturing process consists of the extraction of cloves, nutmeg and ginger in a hot water, and then filtration before being sealed in a bottle. The plant design will produce 4,133 bottles per day with a price of Rp. 15,000 for each bottle. The capital investment of this plant is Rp. 10,821,420,278, with IRR as high as 122.06%. NPV is IDR 113,277,031,973 with payback period of 1.14 years. Our product is relatively sensitive to the selling price and the price of the raw materials. |
