Abstract
The relationship of dpd and dpr in making an act includes the authority of the dpd to propose a bill that relates to regional autonomy, central, and local relationship, establisment, expansion and merger of regions, management of natural resources and other economic resources, including financial balance between central and local government in which dpd joins in discussing it
