Laporan magang ini disusun untuk mengevaluasi integrity control pada sistem input hingga pengolahan data menjadi sebuah informasi dan diagnostic control system pada evaluasi laporan efektivitas penjualan. PT CIF merupakan perusahaan multinasional pada industri FMCG yang fokus pada penjualan produk minuman. Dalam melakukan penjualan, PT CIF dibantu oleh PT GAM selaku distributor resmi. Laporan magang ini berfokus pada evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan menilai sistem input data, pengolahan data, dan evaluasi hasil laporan efektivitas penjualan dengan kriteria pada integrity control, data quality, dan diagnostic control system. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, sistemkontrol yang digunakan PT CIF masih belum efektif dikarenakan alat kontrol yang masih manual membuat tingginya ancaman dan risiko distorsi. This internship report is prepared to evaluate the integrity control on system input to processing data into an information and diagnostic control system in sales effectiveness report evaluation. PT CIF is a multinational company in the FMCG industry that focuses on selling beverage products. In conducting sales, PT CIF is assisted by PT GAM as the official distributor. This internship report focuses on the evaluation carried out byassessing the system input data, data processing, and evaluating the results of sales effectiveness reports with criteria on integrity control, data quality, and diagnostic control system. Based on the results of the evaluation, the control system used by PT CIF still lacks effectiveness due to the manual tools that still has the potential to pose threats and risk of distortion. |
