Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas kemampuan dan potensi penerapan digitalisasi dan otomasi pada Teknologi Ritel Cerdas yang berfokus pada mesin isi ulang sebagai upaya manajemen limbah kemasan plastik serta meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif PT. X. Penelitian ini melibatkan pendekatan utama yaitu Business Process Reengineering dan Agile Project Management guna memberikan rekomendasi proses bisnis baru pada proyek yang sedang berjalan. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa PT. X perlu memanfaatkan QR Code dan Human Machine Interface untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas dan hasil penerapan usulan proses bisnis tersebut.
......This research discussed the capability and potential of applying digitalization and automation to Smart Retail Technology which focused on filling machine to manage plastic packaging waste management and increase the competitive advantage of PT. X. This research used two main approaches, namely Business Process Reengineering and Agile Project Management to recommend a new business process on ongoing project. The result of the study suggested that PT. X needs to take advantage of the QR Code and Human Machine Interface to maximize the effectiveness and resulted of implementing the business process.
