Didapatkan nilai existing risk dengan didapatkan,1 risiko dikategorikan very high, 25 risiko dikategorikan priority 1, 38 risiko dikategorikan substantial, 73 risiko dikategorikan priority 3, 9 risiko dikategorikan acceptable. Hospital X Covid-19 Vaccination Unit functions to reduce the risk of morbidity and mortality due to Covid-19; achieve herd immunity (herd immunity); protect and strengthen the health system as a whole; maintain productivity and minimize social and economic impacts. In these units, health workers are exposed to various hazards. This thesis assesses occupational safety and health risks in the Covid-19 Vaccination Unit of Hospital X in 2021. This study is semi-quantitative with a descriptive research design, using an observational approach. Hazard identification uses Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk analysis uses William.T Fine semi-quantitative standards, data collection is carried out by direct observation and interviews with related health workers. The risk assessment is carried out by calculating residual risk and predictive risk so that the level of risk in each assessment is known by considering existing controls and then given control recommendations. The results showed that there were 59 tasks that had 146 risks from physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, and safety hazards. The value of existing risk is obtained, 1 risk is categorized as very high, 25 risks are categorized as priority 1, 38 risks are categorized as substantial, 73 risks are categorized as priority 3, 9 risks are categorized as acceptable. The results also indicate the need for immediate control, namely biological hazards in early screening officers and data verification because they have a very high risk level. |
