Sebanyak 45% orang tua yang memiliki anak disabilitas di Kota Depok masih malu, menelantarkan anaknya, dan tidak memberikan kasih sayang melimpah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan orang tua yang memiliki anak disabilitas dan determinannya di Kota Depok Jawa Barat tahun 2022. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional, pengumpulan data melalui pengisian kuesioner online pada 120 orang tua yang memiliki anak disabilitas yang tinggal di Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua menerima anak disabilitas di Kota Depok Jawa Barat Tahun 2022 sudah baik dengan nilai rata-rata 86,79 (skala 100). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan, sikap, nilai religiusitas, dukungan tenaga kesehatan, dan pendapatan memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan penerimaan orang tua yang memiliki anak disabilitas. Dukungan tenaga kesehatan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan penerimaan orang tua yang memiliki anak disabilitas di Kota Depok Jawa Barat. Orang tua yang cukup mendapat dukungan dari tenaga kesehatan berpeluang menerima anaknya yang mengalami disabilitas 5,6 kali dibanding dengan orang tua yang kurang mendapat dukungan tenaga kesehatan setelah dikontrol oleh pengetahuan, sikap, nilai religiusitas dan pendapatan. As many as 45% of parents who have children with disabilities in Depok City are still ashamed, neglect their children, and do not give abundant love. This study aims to determine the acceptance of parents who have children with disabilities and their determinants in Depok City, West Java in 2022. The study used a cross sectional design, collecting data through filling out online questionnaires on 120 parents of children with disabilities living in Depok City. The results showed that parents accepting children with disabilities in Depok City, West Java in 2022 were good with an average score of 86.79 (scale 100). The results showed that knowledge, attitudes, religious values, support from health workers, and income had a significant relationship with the acceptance of parents who had children with disabilities. The support of health workers is the most dominant factor related to the acceptance of parents who have children with disabilities in Depok City, West Java. Parents who have adequate support from health workers have the opportunity to accept their children with disabilities 5.6 times compared to parents who do not receive support from health workers after being controlled by knowledge, attitudes, religious values and income. |
