Ibu hamil resiko tinggi dengan riwayat infertilitas berisiko tinggi mengalami kecemasan antenatal. Kecemasan antenatal dapat menyebabkan persalinan preterm, gangguan kelekatan prenatal, dan gangguan pola seksual. Perawat sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan bayi serta memfasilitasi pencapaian peran sebagai ibu. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan fokus penerapan teori Goal Attainment King dan Becoming A Mother Mercer pada asuhan ibu hamil resiko tinggi dengan riwayat infertilitas. Evidence Based Nursing Practice berupa attachment behavior’s counselling diterapkan dengan pilot study menggunakan pendekatan Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-Based Audit And Feedback dan Getting Research into Practice (GRiP). Penerapan teori Goal Attainment dan Becoming A Mother serta attachment behavior’s counselling tepat digunakan dan efektif dalam melibatkan ibu hamil secara aktif untuk mencapai peran pada tahap antisipatori, yaitu pembentukan komitmen, kelekatan, dan persiapan melakukan perawatan kehamilan, melahirkan dan menjadi orang tua. High-risk pregnant women with a history of infertility are at high risk of antenatal anxiety. Antenatal anxiety can cause preterm delivery, disturbed prenatal attachment, and impaired sexual patterns. A Nurses as nursing care providers plays a principal role in improving maternal and fetal wellbeing and facilitating the achievement of maternal role identity. The study method was a case study that focused on applying the theory of Goal Attainment King and Becoming A Mother Mercer on high-risk pregnant women with a history of infertility Evidence-Based Nursing Practice in the form of attachment behavior’s counseling was applied with a pilot study using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-Based Audit And Feedback and Getting Research into Practice (GRiP) approach. The application of Goal Attainment and Becoming A Mother theory as well as attachment behavior’s counseling is appropriate and effective in actively involving pregnant women to achieve roles at the anticipatory stage, namely the formation of commitment, attachment, and preparation for prenatal care, childbirth and parenthood. |
