Abstract
Perusahaan Crutchfield Chemical Engineering memiliki divisi penelitian dan pengembangan khusus yang dikenal sebagai Corporate Technological Development (CTD). Selama bertahun-tahun, banyak orang telah diberhentikan, mengakibatkan perubahan moral dan kinerja karyawan. Menurut Burke, direktur polimer di divisi CTD, penurunan motivasi dan kinerja terutama terlihat di tim Absorb tidak seperti tim Lumen. Dalam penelitian ini kita akan melihat bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan yang berbeda berdampak pada inovasi dan kinerja tim.
