Poulasi perempuan menopause di Indonesia akan diperkirakan mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2025, menopause sebagai suatu kondisi yang normal memiliki beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi menopause. Menopause memiliki dampak pada beberapa aspek seperti fisik, mental, sosial dan ekonomi dan Kualitas hidup. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode komparasi dengan membandingkan kualitas hidup kelompok perempuan menopause Bekerja dan IRT. Jumlah responden penelitian ini sebanyak 128 orang dengan menggunakan instrumen Utian Quality of Life (UQOL), analisis hasil data responden menggunakan uji t independen untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kualitas hidup pada perempuan menopause bekerja dan IRT . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rerata pada masing-masing aspek QOL adalah aspek pekerjaan 23.86, kesehatan fisik 25.17, emosional 20.04, dan seksual 9.08 hasil temuan ini menunjukkan skor pada masing-masing aspek kelompok bekerja berada di atas rerata sedangkan pada kelompok IRT berada di bawah skor rerata. Skor total QOL perempuan bekerja adalah 84.54 sedangkan pada kelompok IRT adalah 67.20. analisis uji t independen ditemukan nilai signifikansi pada aspek dan total QoL 0.00 atau < 0.05 menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kedua kelompok sampel. Berdasarkan hasil temuan pada penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kualitas hidup perempuan menopause bekerja dan IRT, di mana kualitas hidup perempuan menopause bekerja lebih baik daripada kualitas hidup perempuan menopause IRT. The population of menopausal women in Indonesia is expected to increase in 2025, menopause as a normal condition has several factors that can affect menopause. Menopause has an impact on several aspects such as physical, mental, social and economic and quality of life. The research method used in this study is a comparative method by comparing the quality of life of a group of working menopausal women and housewifes. The number of respondents in this study was 128 people using the Utian Quality of Life (UQOL) instrument. The analysis of the results of the respondent's data used an independent t test to determine whether there were differences in the quality of life of working menopausal women and housewifes. The results of this study indicate that the average score for each aspect of QOL is 23.86 for work, 25.17 for physicalhealth, 20.04 for emotional, and 9.08 for sexuality. below the mean score. The total QOL score for working women was 84.54 while in the housewifes group it was 67.20. independent t-test analysis found a significance value in the aspect and total QoL 0.00 or <0.05 indicating there was a significant difference in the two sample groups. Based on the findings in this study, it can be concluded that there are differences in the quality of life of working menopausal women and housewives, where the quality of life of working menopausal women is better than the quality of life of menopausal women of housewifes. |
