Revolusi industri 4.0 yang terjadi menuntut sektor pelayanan kesehatan untuk dapat beradaptasi. Sebagai bentuk adaptasi, pelayanan kesehatan menginisiasi e-Health dangan tujuan peningkatan dukungan pelayanan kesehatan melalui sarana elektronik. Salah satu bentuk penerapan e-Health yaitu pelaksanaan rekam medis elektronik pada pelayanan kesehatan. Beberapa negara telah dianggap sukses dalam mengimplementasikan rekam medis elektronik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi rekam medis elektronik pada rumah sakit dengan model pendekatan HOT-fit (Human Organization Technology). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menggunakan database Scopus, EBSCO dan Garuda menghasilkan 15 artikel sesuai kriteria inklusi yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2011-2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya 13 artikel dengan faktor manusia, sembilan artikel dengan faktor organisasi dan 14 artikel dengan faktor teknologi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang hamprir selalu mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi rekam medis elektronik adalah faktor teknologi dengan faktor manusia sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam implementasinya. The industrial revolution 4.0 that occurred requires the health service sector to be able to adapt. As a form of adaptation, health services have initiated e-Health with the aim of increasing support for health services through electronic means. One of the form of application of e-Health is the implementation of electronic medical records in health services. Several countries have been considered successful in implementing electronic medical records. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the successful implementation of electronic medical records in hospitals with the HOTfit (Human Organization Technology) approach model. This study uses a literature review method using the Scopus, EBSCO and Garuda databases to produce 15 articles according to the criteria covering the years 2011-2021. The results of this study are 13 articles with human factors, nine articles with organizational factors and 14 articles with technological factors. It can be said that the inhibiting factor always affects the success of the implementation of electronic medical records is the technological factor with the human factor as the most influential factor in its implementation. |
