Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan santunan kepada korban kecelakaan lalu lintas dan penumpang angkutan umum, perusahaan terus berupaya melakukan inovasi dengan cara memadukan perubahan proses bisnis dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Implementasi sistem verifikasi biaya medis merupakan salah satu contoh transformasi digital yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk mencapai misi perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun implementasi sistem ini belum berhasil mencapai target dan mempengaruhi kecepatan pembayaran santunan yang merupakan salah satu Key Performance Indicator perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kegagalan implementasi sistem verifikasi biaya medis dan diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada PT Jasa Raharja agar implementasi sistem verifikasi biaya medis pada periode selanjutnya dapat berhasil. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif – kuantitatif, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, analisis dokumen dan kuesioner. Identifikasi faktor tersebut menggunakan berbagai tinjauan pustaka untuk selanjutnya dilakukan validasi oleh pengguna sistem. Faktor penyebab kegagalan yang didapat dari hasil wawancara divalidasi dan diolah menggunakan open coding analysis untuk selanjutnya diolah secara kuantitatif dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan empat faktor antara lain proses, personil, teknologi dan organisasi serta 15 sub faktor yang menyebabkan kegagalan implementasi sistem verifikasi biaya medis di PT Jasa Raharja.
In order to improve the quality of compensation services to victims of traffic accidents and public transport passengers, the company continues to innovate by integrating changes in business processes with the use of information technology. The implementation of the medical expense verification system is one example of the digital transformation carried out by the company to achieve the company's mission that has been set. However, the implementation of this system has not succeeded in achieving the target and affects the speed of compensation payments which is one of the company's Key Performance Indicators. This study aims to identify the factors that cause the failure of the implementation of the medical cost verification system and is expected to provide recommendations to PT Jasa Raharja so that the implementation of the medical cost verification system in the next period can be successful. The research approach uses qualitative - quantitative methods, and data collection is carried out by interviews, document analysis and questionnaires. The identification of these factors uses various literature reviews for further validation by system users. The factors causing the failure obtained from the interviews were validated and processed using open coding analysis to be further processed quantitatively using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of this study obtained four factors including process, personnel, technology and organization as well as 15 sub-factors that caused the failure of the implementation of the medical cost verification system at PT Jasa Raharja. |
