Permasalahan yang belum tuntas dalam upaya MDGs salah satunya adalah penurunan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan penurunan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). Sejak terbitnya Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan no 26 tahun 2021 pada bulan Agustus tahun 2021 maka klaim INACBGs untuk bayi sehat dibayarkan dalam 1 (satu) paket persalinan ibunya. Di Rumah Sakit Kartika Kasih tindakan Sectio Caesaria merupakan tindakan bedah bidang kandungan yang paling banyak dilakukan setiap bulannya. Dengan adanya PMK tersebut maka Rumah Sakit mengalami selisih negatif. Persalinan SC dengan metode terbaru yaitu ERACS diharapkan dapat mendukung efisiensi biaya dan peningkatan mutu. Metode ERACS sudah dilakukan sejak Desember 2021 terhadap seluruh pasien SC yang tidak memiliki kontraindikasi. Berdasarkan penelitian di atas maka peneliti ingin melakukan analisis hubungan penerapan SC Metode ERACS terhadap peningkatan mutu dan menurunkan selisih tarif rumah sakit dengan tarif INACBGs. di RS Kartika Kasih, Sukabumi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan tagihan setiap komponen layanan dan mutu layanan operasi SC metode ERACS dan non ERACS. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian non eksperimental dengan cara pengumpulan data secara cross sectional yang diolah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Kartika Kasih sukabumi sejak Januari 2022 sampai Juni 2022. Hasil penelitian : terdapat hubungan antara penerapan SC metode ERACS dengan mutu layanan berupa lama hari rawat, waktu mobilisasi, diet pasca operasi dan kejadian infeksi pasca operasi dan tagihan layanan berupa komponen akomodasi, komponen obat, komponen bahan medis habis pakai, komponen pemeriksaan penunjang, komponen jasa medis dokter dan yotal seluruh taghan komponen di RS Kartika Kasih . Kesimpulan : terdapat hubungan antara penerapan SC dengan mutu layanan dan tagihan layanan di RS Kartika Kasih, Sukabumi.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the differences in the bills of each component of the service and the quality of service of the OPERATION SC of the ERACS and non-ERACS methods. The research method is non-experimental research by means of cross-sectional data collection processed with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at Kartika Kasih Hospital in Sukabumi from January 2022 to June 2022. Research results: there is a relationship between the application of the SC ERACS method and the quality of services in the form of length of treatment days, mobilization time, postoperative diet and postoperative infection events and service bills in the form of accommodation components, drug components, consumable medical material components, supporting examination components, doctor medical service components and yotal all component tags at Kartika Kasih Hospital. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the application of SC and the quality of service and service bills at Kartika Kasih Hospital, Sukabumi. |
