Rekam medis merupakan dokumen penting yang menyimpan informasi dan riwayat pemeriksaan pasien. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) atau rekam medis elektronik memiliki kelebihan yang dapat mempermudah tenaga kesehatan mengelola rekam medis pasien, namun penggunaan sistem EMR di klinik Dr. Hartoyo Sp.OG masih memiliki beberapa kendala seperti pencarian data yang memakan waktu lama, memerlukan banyak aplikasi yang tidak saling terintegrasi, dan pekerjaan yang repetitif. Target penelitian ini adalah klinik kebidanan dan kandungan Dr. Hartoyo Sp.OG yang merupakan klinik pratama non-BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh klinik Dr. Hartoyo Sp.OG yang menyebabkan kinerja rekam medis klinik menjadi tidak maksimal, mengidentifikasi faktor permasalahan yang menyebabkan masalah tersebut, dan membuat desain serta membangun sistem penyimpanan rekam medis yang terintegrasi antara data pasien dan hasil pemeriksaan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Design Science Research (DSR). Untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan dilakukan wawancara, studi literatur, observasi, dan analisis proses bisnis saat ini. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi dibagi menjadi tiga variabel penelitian yaitu perceived usefulness (kebermanfaatan), perceived ease of use (kemudahan penggunaan), dan perceived efficiency (efisiensi). Melalui temuan masalah, penelitian ini melakukan pemetaan serta pembuatan usulan solusi berupa sebuah sistem EMR yang bernama Al-Falah MR. Pengembangan Al-Falah MR dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode prototyping, yang setelah selesai dikembangkan dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi User Acceptance Test (UAT), kuesioner Usability Testing, dan wawancara. Evaluasi dilakukan pada empat orang yang merupakan keseluruhan pegawai klinik yang terlibat dengan proses bisnis utama klinik. Hasil dari penelitian menghasilkan UAT dengan dua skenario yang tidak sukses dari total 30 skenario di mana terdapat 30 skenario untuk dokter dan 28 skenario untuk karyawan. Kegagalan dari dua skenario tersebut berhasil diperbaiki sebelum melanjutkan proses UAT. Evaluasi kuesioner juga memberikan hasil nilai rata-rata PSSUQ 1.90. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan perceived efficiency penting untuk dipertimbangkan dalam pengembangan EMR.
Medical records are important documents storing information and patient history. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) have advantages that can make it easier for health workers to manage patient medical records,but the use of EMR in Dr.Hartoyo Sp.OG still has some problems, such as data search takes a long time, requires many applications that are not integrated with each other, and repetitive work. The target of this research is the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of Dr. Hartoyo Sp.OG which is a non-BPJS primary clinic. This study aims to dentify the problems faced by Dr. Hartoyo Sp.OG which causes the clinical medical record performance to be not optimal, identify the factors that cause the problem, also design and build an integrated medical record storage system between patient data and the results of patient examinations in a clinic. This study uses a qualitative approach with Design Science Research (DSR) method. To identify problems and needs, interviews, literature studies, observations, and analyses of current business processes were conducted. The problems identified were divided into three research variables, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived efficiency. The problem finding then mapped and made to a proposed solution in the form of an EMR system called Al-Falah MR. The development of Al-Falah MR was carried out using the prototyping method, which then followed by evaluations using User Acceptance Test (UAT), a Usability Testing Questionnaire, and interviews. The evaluation is carried out on four people who are all clinical employees that are involved in the main business processes. The results shows passing the UAT with two unsuccessful scenarios out of a total of 30 scenarios where there were 30 scenarios for doctors and 28 scenarios for employees. The failure of the two scenarios is corrected before continuing with the UAT process. The evaluation of the questionnaire also gives an average PSSUQ score of 1.90. The results of this study prove that perceived usefulness, ease of use, and perceived efficiency are important to consider in EMR Development. |
