Imunisasi Hepatitis B adalah salah satu program imunisasi yang sudah di uji pada bayi dan anak sebagai usaha untuk melindungi mereka dari infeksi penyakit hati (virus Hepatitis B). Penyakit ini adalah salah satu penyebab paling penting terhadap morbiditas dan mortalitas yang di sebabkan oleh infeksi. Hasil program imunisasi ini, di Pulau Lombok menunjukkan bahwa angka prevalensi menurun dari 7% menjadi 1,6%, karena itu integrasi program infeksi Hepatitis B pada program pengembangan imunisasi di Indonesia diharapkan dapat menurunkan prevalensi penyakit ini secara Epidemiologi, di Bengkulu program imunisasi ini telah dilaksanakan dengan cakupan dan 20% di tahun 1994 hingga 79,3% pada tahun 2000. Keberhasilan program ini sangat tergantung pada Para ibu, karena peran mereka dalam mengimunisasi anak-anaknya. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah case control yang digunakan untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status imunisasi Hepatitis B pada anak berusia 6-23 bulan. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah univariat, bivariat, multivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tempat persalinan, status KB, dan penghasilan keluarga mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap status imunisasi Hepatitis B pada anaknya. Variabel yang paling dominan terhadap status imunisasi Hepatitis B adalah tempat persalinan dengan nilai OR = 4,992 (95% Cl; 1,833 - 13,598), pada ibu yang memilih pelayanan kesehatan sebagai tempat persalinan memiliki peluang 5 kali iebih besar untuk mengimunisasi anaknya dengan lengkap dari pada mereka yang tidak. Dengan melihat hasil penelitian ini saya menyarankan program ini seharusnya di terapkan pada setiap tingkatan dan berbagai pelayanan kesehatan baik di kota maupun di pelosok desa.
Factors related to immunization status of Hepatitis B in children at Public Health Center of Pasar Ikan, Teluk Segara sub district, Bengkulu Province. Immunization of Hepatitis B is one of immunization program which had been tested to infants and children in order to protect them from infection of liver disease (Hepatitis B virus). The disease is on of the most important cause of morbidity and mortality caused by infection.The result of this immunization in Lombok Island showed that prevalence rate decrease from 7% to 1,6% Therefore. The integration of immunization of Hepatitis B to immunization development program in Indonesia could be expected to decline the prevalence of the disease Epidemiologically, in Bengkulu this program had been performed since 1994. The coverage has increased from 20% in 1994 to 79,3% in 2000. The success of this program is really depend on mother because of their role to immunize their children. The design of this research was case control in order to search factors related to immunization status of Hepatitis 13 in Children of 6-23 months. Statistical analysis used were univariate, as well as bivariate, multivariate. The result of this research indicate that the place of delivery, family planning status and also family income had strong relationship with the status of immunization of Hepatitis 13 in children. The most dominant variable to the status of the immunization is the place of delivery with OR = 4,992 (95% CI = 1,833 - 13,598). Those mothers who choose health care as place of delivery has opportunity 5 times bigger to immunize their children completely than those who were not. Considering the result of this research, I suggest that this program should be adopted in every level and various health care both in urban and rural area. |
