Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa kebutuhan informasi pada pasien umum yang melakukan pendaftaran rawat inap di loket sentral Rumkital Mintohardjo. Penelitian dilakukan pada pasien umum karena untuk pasien anggota sudah ada ketentuan yang berlaku dan adanya tren peningkatan jumlah pasien umum. Dipilih rawat inap karena informasi yang didapat oleh pasien umum tentang pelayanan terutama pelayanan pendaftaran rawat inap di Rumkital Mintohardjo sangat terbatas.Pada pendaftaran rawat inap, informasi yang didapat secara tertulis adalah tentang surat pernyataan penanggung biaya perawatan dan pembayaran uang muka. Selain itu proses pendaftaran rawat inap di loket sentral juga meliputi kebijakan rumah sakit antara lain prosedur pendaftaran, petugas yang melayani serta fasilitas dan akses di loket sentral.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pelayanan informasi pendaftaran rawat inap pada pasien umum di loket sentral Rumkital Mintohardjo.Jenis penelitian adalah kwalitatif bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectionaI. Data dan informasi diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini terlihat bahwa informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pasien umum adalah biaya kamar perawatan yang sebaiknya dibuat secara tertulis dan tertempel diloket sehingga mudah dibaca. Juga sebaiknya prosedur pembayaran pelayanan serta prosedur untuk pasien ASKES juga dibuat tertulis. Selain itu dalam menunjang pelayanan informasi diloket sentral adalah peningkatan pelayanan oleh petugas diloket sentral serta perbaikan dari fasilitas dan akses loket sentral.Pelayanan Informasi Rumkital sebagai bagian dari fungsi Humas, dikembangkan menjadi Customer Service sebagai upaya peningkatanan pelayanan akan kebutuhan informasi kepada pelanggan baik untuk pasien anggota maupun pasien umum. Analysis for the need of Information Service at In-Patient Registration for Public Patients at Mintohardjo Hospital JakartaThe background of this research is to analyze the need of information for the public patients who made an in-patient registration at Mintohardjo Hospital. The public patients were chosen because the hospital has already certain procedure for the navy family/member. The topic of in-patient service was chosen based on the fact that information about the services was limited.When the patient make an in-patient registration, hospital profiles written information informing about patient in charges as well as the down payment. The process of in-patient registration at the Loket Sentral includes registration procedure, the customer service as well as the facilities and access to the Loket Sentral.The aims of this research are to find out the information service needed by the patient at the in-patient registration in Loket Sentral at Mintohardjo Hospital. This is a qualitative research descriptive analysis with cross sectional approach. The data and information were gathered through interview, observation and documentation.The result of this research showed that the public needs the written information room charges, the procedure of payment as well as Askes participant. These kind of information should be found at Loket Sentral who that it can be be easily read by patients and the family. It also found that the majority of inform has suggested service of the Loket Sentral staff should be improved, and the Facility and access to Loket Sentral should be renovated.To accomplish the need for information about the service at Mintohardjo Hospital, it need to developed the role of Public Relation which is now only limited for the information service, as the part hospital organization to improve the service of information for the public as well as navy family. |
