Rumah Sakit Karya Medika Bekasi merupakan rumah sakit swasta yang terletak di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi. Dalam dunia perumahsakitan dituntut untuk melakukan perubahan, agar mampu mempersiapkan produk maupun sumber daya manusia yang berdaya saing dalam menghadapi persaingan bebas di pasar ASEAN maupun di pasar global. Pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit kedudukannya sangat strategis, oleh karena proses pelayanan dilaksanakan secara terus menerus selama 24 jam, sehingga baik buruknya pelayanan di Rumah Sakit sangat tergantung dari penampilan kinerja tenaga keperawatan yang memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien atau keluarga. Aktivitas pelayanan keperawatan merupakan subsistem dari pelayanan kesehatan yang sifatnya memberikan bantuan kepada pasien untuk memelihara kesehatan atau untuk kesembuhan. Kebutuhan pasien akan ketergantungan dari tenaga keperawatan yaitu berfluktasi yang sesuai dengan kondisi pasien. Hal ini berpengaruh kepada jumlah sumber Daya Manusia (tenaga perawat)yang dibutuhkan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien dengan baik dan benar. Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu Analisis Terhadap Aktivitas Keperawatan Kaitannya dengan beban Kerja Perawat di Ruang Rawat inap Kelas III; penelitian ini menggunakan metode work sampling serta perawat pelaksana sebagai sampelnya. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh, bahwa di ruang perawatan Asoka, aktivitas keperawatan langsung mengambil porsi terbanyak (44,39%),dibandingkan dengan aktivitas lain/non keperawatan (29,91%) serta aktivitas keperawatan tidak langsung (25,30%), serta total waktu produktif yang dibutuhkan untuk pelayanan keperawatan yaitu 76,65%. Jumlah waktu pelayanan keperawatan/ asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan dari scoarang perawat kepada pasien selama 24 jam yaitu 6,38 jam/pasien/24 jam; Sedangkan di ruang perawatan Tulip, aktivitas keperawatan langsung mengambil porsi waktu terbaniyak (41,30%), dibandingkan dengan aktivitas non keperawatan t lainnya (29,72%) maupun aktivitas keperawatan tidak langsung (28,98%), serta total waktu produktif yang dibutuhkan untuk pelayanan keperawatan yaitu 75,82%. Jumlah waktu pelayanan keperawatan/asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan dari seorang perawat kepada pasien selama 24 jam yaitu 4,16 jam/pasien/24 jam. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan, bahwa aktivitas keperawatan langsung lebih tinggi, jika dibandingkan dengan aktivitas keperawatan tidak langsung maupun aktivitas lainnya/non keperawatan, Oleh karena penelitian ini hanya mengukur pemanfaatan waktu kerja dilakukan oleh tenaga keperawatan dalam memberikan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien atau keluarganya. Disarankan untuk aktivitas adminisirasi, transportasi serta kurir pasien seyogyanya dilaksanakan oleh tenaga non keperawatan, agar tenaga keperawatan yang ada dapat memberikan pelayanan keperawatan lebih banyak kepada pasien dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan.

The nursery service in the hospital has a very strategic position, because the process of service is performed continually for 24 hours, so the bad and good effect of the service in the hospital mainly relics on the performance of the nursery force that gives care to patients or families. The activity of nursery service is a subsystem of the health service that gives help to patients to maintain their health or recovery. The patients' needs will be relied on the nursery service to fluctuate based on the patients' condition. This effects to the number of human resource (nurses) that are needed to give nursery service well and correctly to the patients. The research performed is The Analysis On The Nursery Activity Relating To The Working Burden Of Nurse In The Stay - Care Room Third Class, the method used is Work Sampling and the sample is the nurses/nursery forces. From the result of the research, it is gained that in the Asoka care room, the nursery service directly gets the most portion (44,39%), compared with other activity/ non - nursery (29,91%) and indirect nursery activity (25,30%), and the productive time total needed is 76,65%. The nursery service time given by a nurse for 24 hours is 6,38 hours/patient/24 hours ; whereas in the Tulip stay- care room, the direct nursery service gets the most portion (41,30%), compared with the non - nursery activity/ others (29,72%) as well as the indirect nursery activity (28,98%), and the productive time total needed is 75,82%. The amount of time of the nursery service given by a nurse to the patient for 24 hours is 4,16 hours / patient / 24 hours. This research result shows that the direct nursery service is higher compared with the indirect nursery service or other activities/non - nursery. Because this research only examines the usage of working hours performed by nursery force 1 nurses to give nursery service to patients or families. It's suggested that an administration activity, transportation as well as patients courier be performed by non- nursery force, so that the existing nursery force can be consistent to give the nursery service to patients in order to improve the quality of the nursery service. |
