 Abstrak

ABSTRAK
Fungsi penyimpanan dan pendistribusian barang farmasi di RSCM dilakukan oleh Sub Instalasi Perbekalan dan Sub Instalasi Distribusi - Instalasi Farmasi, Sub Instalasi Perbekalan mempunyai gudang perbekalan, dan Sub Instalasi Distribusi, kedua gudang tersebut berdekatan yaitu di lokasi Instalasi Farmasi - bukan di lokasi unit pelayanan.
Gudang perbekalan mengelola seluruh jenis barang farmasi dan gudang distribusi hanya obat, cairan obat dan alat kesehatan. Kedua gudang masing-masing melaksanakan pengelolaan dan stok opname barang. Bagi Sub Instalasi perencanaan, 2 hasil stok opname cukup merepotkan apalagi dengan perbedaan pembagian urusan barang.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pendistribusian barang farmasi. Juga untuk mengetahui fungsi penyimpanan dan pendistribusian dengan sistem pendistribusian barang farmasi yang baik.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif - kualitatif yang didukung dengan data sekunder. Wawancara dilakukan dengan 10 responden yang terdiri dari kelompok rekanan, provider, unit pemakai dan penyelia.
Dari basil penelitian diketahui ada 2 model pendistribusian yaitu tanpa melalui gudang distribusi dengan 13 langkah dan pendistribusian yang melalui gudang distribusi dengan 27 langkah. Dari data sekunder juga diketahui pengiriman barang farmasi dari gudang perbekalan ke gudang distribusi tidak dapat dilakukan sekaligus. Adapun frekuensi pengiriman rata-rata perbulan untuk obat 9 kali untuk cairan infus 17 kali dan alat kesehatan 48 kali.
Hasil wawancara menunjukkan adanya persamaan fungsi penyimpanan antara gudang perbekalan dan gudang distribusi, Juga ada persamaan fungsi pendistribusian antara gudang distribusi dan depo farmasi di pelayanan. Semua responden setuju dengan penggabungan antara gudang perbekalan dan gudang distribusi.
Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa alur pendistribusian yang melalui gudang distribusi ternyata kurang efisien. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penyederhanaan alur dengan ruang distribusi sebagai alternatif pengganti gudang distribusi. Penyederhanaan alur ini sudah dilaksanakan 3 minggu dan membuat proses lebih efisien. Dengan cara ini ada pemendekan langkah proses dari 27 langkah menjadi 14 langkah.

The Simplication Of The Distribution Flow Through The Mixing Of The Logistical Storages And The Distribution Storages In The Pharmaceutical Installation Of The Cipto Mangun Kusumo Hospital (RSCM).
The storage and distribution functions of the pharmaceutical logistic in the Cipto Mangukusumo Hospital (RSCM) were done by the Logistical Sub Installation and the Distribution Sub Installation - The Pharmaceutical Installation. The Logistical Sub Installation had the logistical storages, and the Distribution Sub Installation had the Distribution storages. The Location of both the Sub Installation were close and located in the Pharmaceutical Installation not in the services unit areas.
The logistical storages managed all the items of The pharmaceutical logistic, only drugs, liquid drugs and medical equipments in the distribution storages. Both of the Sub Installation had managed and done the stock opname. For the Planning Sub Installation, the two stock opnames had made troubles with the differences of logistical administration.
The aims of this research were increasing efficiency in the distribution flow, also, to know about the good functions of storage and distribution.
This research was descriptive qualitative with the secondary data. The interviews were used 10 respondents whom were divided into 4 groups - suppliers, providers, users, and supervisor.
From the results, we knew that there were 2 distribution models. The first model was without the distribution storages (13 steps), and the second was with the distribution storages (27 steps). The second datas showed us that delivery from the logistical storage to the distribution storage could not do in one day. The averages days of delivery frequency for month were 9 days for drugs, 17 days for infuse, and 48 days for medical equipments.
The interviews showed that there was the same storage function between the logistical storage and the distribution storage. Also, there was the same distribution function between the distribution storage and the pharmaceutical satelits/depos in area services. All the respondents agreed to mix between the logistical and distribution storage.
The summary, the distribution flow through the distribution storage was inefficient. It was needed to make the simplication, with the changing the distribution storages into the distribution room. This new flow had been applied for 3 weeks and it made more efficient. With this flow, the process could be shorted from 27 steps into 14 steps.
