ABSTRAKFasilitas Ship Building Plant 30.000 dwt. merupakan fasilltas baru, yang dalam pengoperasiannya harus dilakukan dengan perencanaan dan metode yang tepat agar target produksi, mutu hasil produksi, dan keamanan kerja dapat dicapai.Untuk mencapai produktivitas yang tinggi maka perlu melakukan strategi optimasi, yaitu dengan jalan melakukan simulasi untuk proses pemotongan plat lambung kapal yang menggunakan NC-Machine Cutting pada proses fabrikasi lambung kapal. Dan untuk proses selanjutnya yaitu perakitan komponen-komponen yang dihasilkan oleh bengkel fabrikasi, dapat dilakukan analisa Line of Balance dengan pendekatan Network Planning.Dengan adanya strategi optimasi ini diharapkan pengaturan pelaksanaan pada NC-Machine Cutting dapat diatur sedemikian rupa, sehingga didapat waktu hasil pemotongan yang optimal.
ABSTRACTThe Ship Building Plant of 30.000 Dead Weight Tons capacity is a new facility that planned to build the high quality products. The operation of the above stated facility should do properly in according to the suitable methods and plan, so that the high production target, quality, and safety can grab during the production stage.The high productivity of shipyard on the operating stage of this facility needed to apply the optimization strategic, that is the hull steel plate cutting simulation of NC cutting machine on the fabrication stage that continued to produce the hull constraction components on the assembly stage. All of the above stated simulation had done with line balancing analysis the approached with the network planning method.The final simulation had done by reorganizing of NC cutting machine and assembly works on the ship hull construction stages of the above stated can give the optimal cutting time qualitatively. |
