Napoleon Bornaparte was great French Emperor. Based on the constitution of 22 Frimaire I'an VII (December 13, 1799) Napoleon Bornaparte took place the directory governance as first consul (Primier consul) together with combacerres as second consul and lebrun as third consul. As first consul, Napoleon Bonaparte had a special right that the others. He took role as chief of state. In this constitution, it was written that Bonaparte was pointed as first consul. It means that the constitution was made for him. Based on the amandement of the constitution in 1892, dated 16 thermidor 1 'An X I August 4 1802), the constitution mentioned Napoleon as the long life consul. This condition brought out many consequences, especially in all over French Metropolitan. Napoleon became a dictator. He had right to gover alon without consulting with other highest principal institution.After murder trial to Napoleon, Frech people send a petition to the parliament to change the form state into a Kingdom State. Therefore,based on the Constitution of 28 Floreal I'An XII (May 18,1804) the French state became a French Kingdom. Napoleon Bonaparte was pointed as French Emperor. He received full executive power.
