Previous research has demonstrated a positive relationship between psychological contract violation (PVC) and workplace deviant behavior (WDB), and between PCV and intention to quit and neglect of job. This research ectends such research by simultaneously examining the effect of PCV on WDB, intention to quit and neglect of job and finds that only neglect job has a positive relationship with PCV. |
