Komunitas Perumahan Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi adalah komunitas yang warganya berasal dari gusuran Kali Angke (Pejagalan dan Kapuk Muara) dalam rangka Prokasih (Program Kali Bersih) yang dilakukan Pemerintah Daerah Propinsi DKI Jakarta.Komunitas ini mempunyai kompetensi komunitas yang rendah ditandai dengan rendahnya kemampuan keterampilan dasar kepemimpinan dalam komunitas. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi komunitas maka dilaksanakan serangkaian kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan keterampilan dasar kepemimpinan. Target kegiatan intervensi ini adalah kelompok pemuda.Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan intervensi sosial ini adalah the four-step method, yang merupakan empat langkah untuk menentukan strategi yang efektif dalam merencanakan perubahan. The four step method ini terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu : open the door, meet each other, talk to each other dan work together for change. Kegiatan intervensi yang dilakukan memakai dasar teori belajar sosial dari Albert Bandara. Prinsip dari teori ini disebut reciprocal determinism, bahwa komponen kognisi, lingkungan, dan tingkah laku saling mempengaruhi. Usaha mengubah kognisi akan turut mempengaruhi lingkungan dan tingkah laku.Program dirancang dalam 4 tahap kegiatan, mulai dari tahap open the door sampai tahap work together for change. Tulisan ini menjabarkan sekilas pelaksanaan kegiatan intervensi kelompok tahap I dan kelanjutannya yaitu tahap II, dengan fokus pada pelatihan mengenai keterampilan dasar kepemimpinan.Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program berjalan sesuai rancangan yang telah dibuat. Tujuan kegiatan terpenuhi, ditandai dengan tercapainya indikator keberhasilan, yaitu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang keterampilan dasar kepemimpinan. Pelatihan ini mendapat tanggapan positif dari target intervensi.
Tzu Chi Loving and Care Housing Community is a community, of which members are the evictees of Kali Angke (Pejagalan and Kapuk Muara) as a result of Prokasih (Program Kali Bersih) which was undertaken by the City Government of DKI Jakarta Province.This community has a low level of community competency, which is signaled by the low basic leadership skills in the community. To increase the community's competency, a series of activities has been placed to increase the basic leadership skills. The target of these intervention activities is the youth group.The method utilized in this social intervention activity is the four-step method, which comprised of four steps to determine the effective strategy in planning the change. This four-step method consists of four steps, which are; open the door; meet each other; talk to each other; and work together for change. The undertaken intervention activity is applied based on the basic theory of social learning by Albert Bandura. The principle of this theory is called reciprocal determinism, where cognitive component, environment and behavior affect one another. The effort to change cognitive, will also impact environment and behavior.The program is constructed in 4 steps of activities, starting from open the door to work together for change. This report will briefly outline the actual operation of intervention activities at first period and the continuation in second period, focusing in the training in regards to basic leadership skills. The result of the evaluation shows that the operation of the program was in-line with the structure planned. The objectives of the activity are achieved, indicated by the achievement in success indicator, which is the increase in knowledge of basic leadership skills. This training receives a positive feedback from the intervention's target. |
