Pendahuluan: Masih sedikit penelitian mengenai fraktur acetabulum dengan keterlibatan quadrilateral plate. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui luaran fungsional, radiologis, dan kualitas hidup pasien fraktur acetabulum dengan dan tanpa keterlibatan quadrilateral plate pasca operasi sehingga dapat memberikan data dasar sebagai pertimbangan dalam penatalaksanaan fraktur acetabulum. Metode: Penelitian kohort retrospektif dilakukan di RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo dengan menganalisis rekam medis tahun 2010-2020 terhadap pasien fraktur asetabulum dengan atau tanpa keterlibatan quadrilateral plate. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi luaran fungsional (Harris Hip Score, Merle D’Aubigne, dan Oxford Hip Score), luaran radiologis (Matta Outcome Score), dan luaran fungsional (SF-36). Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan 53 subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Sebanyak 28 (52,8%) mengalami fraktur asetabulum dengan keterlibatan quadrilateral plate sedangkan 23 (47,2%) lainnya mengalami fraktur asetabulum tanpa keterlibatan quadrilateral plate. Terdapat perbedaan luaran fungsional, radiologis, dan kualits hidup yang bermakna antara kelompok fraktur asetabulum dengan dan tanpa keterlibatan quadrilateral plate pada 1 bulan, 6 bulan, dan 12 bulan berdasarkan Harris Hip Score, Merle D’Aubigne, Oxford Hip Score, Matta Outcome Grading, dan SF-36.Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan luaran fungsional, radiologis, dan kualits hidup yang bermakna antara kelompok fraktur asetabulum dengan dan tanpa keterlibatan quadrilateral plate pada 1 bulan, 6 bulan, dan 12 bulan postoperatif.
Background. Studies on acetabular fracture with quadrilateral plate involvement are lacking. This study aims to determine the postoperative functional, radiological, and quality of life outcomes of acetabular fracture patients with and without quadrilateral plate involvement so it can becomes data of management of acetabular fractures.Method. This retrospective cohort study was conducted at Cipto Mangunkusumo acquiring medical records of acetabular fracture patients from 2010-2020, with or without quadrilateral plate involvemen. This study analyzed functional outcomes (Harris Hip Score, Merle D'Aubigne, and Oxford Hip Score), radiological outcomes and quality of life of both study groups.Results. There were 53 subjects; 28 (52.8%) had fractures of the acetabulum with involvement of the quadrilateral plate while 23 (47.2%) without involvement of the quadrilateral plate. There were significant differences in functional, radiological, and quality of life outcomes between the acetabular fracture groups with and without quadrilateral plate involvement at 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months based on Harris Hip Score, Merle D'Aubigne, Oxford Hip Score, Matta Outcome Grading, and SF-36. Conclusion. There were significant differences in functional, radiological, and quality of life outcomes between the acetabulum fracture groups with and without quadrilateral plate involvement at 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months postoperatively. |
