Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penangan risiko pada proses pemindahan workshop maintenance turbine aviasi. House of Risk adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko, prioritas risiko beserta dengan preventive action yang paling efektif untuk menangani risiko yang terjadi. House of Risk merupakan metode yang terintegrasi antara model House of Quality dan Failure mode Effect Analysis. Perhitungan framework house of risk dibagi menjadi 2 fase. Pada fase 1 akan menghasilkan prioritas risk agent dan fase 2 akan menghasilkan preventive action dalam pemindahan workshop. Penelitian ini didukung dengan hukum pareto 80/20 dalam penentuan prioritas risiko dan preventive action yang paling tepat dan mudah dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Hasilnya, dari penelitian ini didapatkan tiga belas prioritas risk event dan dua puluh satu prioritas risk agent dengan sepuluh prioritas preventive action. This study discusses the risk handlers in the process of moving the aviation turbine maintenance workshop. House of Risk is a method used to identify risks, prioritize risks along with the most effective preventive actions to deal with risks that occur. House of Risk is an integrated method between the House of Quality and Failure Mode Effect Analysis models. The calculation of the house of risk framework is divided into 2 phases. In phase 1 it will produce priority risk agents and phase 2 will produce preventive actions in moving the workshop. This research is supported by the 80/20 pareto law in determining risk priorities and preventive actions that are most appropriate and easy for companies to carry out. As a result, this study obtained thirteen risk event priorities and twenty one risk agent priorities with ten preventive action priorities.. |
