 Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan pembatasan seluruh aktivitas manusia. Di bidang pendidikan, penerapan moda pembelajaran teori IKGA menggunakan PBL yang biasanya tatap muka digantikan oleh pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan: Menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa terhadap perubahan moda pembelajaran teori IKGA di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian cross-sectional pada mahasiswa FKG UI. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FKG UI angkatan 2017 - 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap moda pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19 baik dan perbedaan bermakna antar tiga kelompok hanya pada persiapan mahasiswa menuju program profesi (P-value = 0,023) dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa memasuki program profesi (P-value = 0,000). Kesimpulan: Persiapan mahasiswa menuju program profesi dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa memasuki program profesi lebih baik dalam pembelajaran luring daripada pembelajaran daring. ...... Background: The Covid-19 pandemic has led to resctriction all of human activities. In education, the application of theorical of pediatric dentistry using PBL that are usually face-to-face was replaced by online learning during Covid-19 pandemic. Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess dental students perceptions towards theorical of pediatric dentistry learning mode during the Covid-19 pandemic in Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Indonesia. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional analysis and conducted on dental students of Faculty of Dentistry Univeristy of Indonesia batch 2017 - 2019. The sampling technique was random sampling and data collection used a questionnaire via Google Form. Results: From a total of 150 respondents, all student perception mostly good and there were significant differences between students in preparation for clinical programs (P-value = 0.023) and confidence in entering clinical programs (P-value = 0.000). Conclusions: Dental students of Faculty of Dentistry University of Indonesia have good perception towards learning mode during COVID- 19 pandemic. Student preparation for clinical programs and confidence in entering clinical programs are way better in offline than online learning
