Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu masalah gangguan jiwa yang paling banyak penderitanya di dunia. Isolasi sosial menjadi salah satu gejala negatif yang muncul pada penderita skizofrenia. Isolasi sosial merupakan penurunan bahkan tidak adanya sosialisasi bagi penderitanya. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini untuk menganalisis proses asuhan keperawatan pada klien yang mengalami isolasi sosial melalui penerapan terapi musik. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah case-report. Terapi musik ini diterapkan dengan tujuan sebagai media bagi klien untuk mengungkapkan emosi dan perasaan yang dialami oleh klien. Asuhan keperawatan diberikan pada Tn. Z yang berusia 28 tahun dengan diagnosis keperawatan utama isolasi sosial. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosialisasi klien dengan tindakan keperawatan generalis dan terapi musik. Intervensi keperawatan generalis tetap diberikan kepada klien namun ditambah terapi musik. Asuhan keperawatan diberikan selama 8 hari dan terapi musik selama 4 hari. Hasil penerapan terapi musik menunjukkan adanya penurunan tanda gejala isolasi sosial dari skor 20 menjadi 4, serta peningkatan kemampuan pada klien dari skor 0 menjadi 7. Melalui hasil tersebut diharapkan terapi musik dapat diterapkan sebagai intervensi tambahan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada klien dengan isolasi sosial di rumah sakit. Schizophrenia is one of the most common mental disorders in the world. Social isolation is one of the negative symptoms that appear in people with schizophrenia. Social isolation is a decrease or even no socialization for sufferers. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to analyze the process of nursing care for clients who experience social isolation through the application of music therapy. The writing method used is case-report. Music therapy is applied with the aim of being a medium for clients to express emotions and feelings experienced by clients. Nursing care was given to Mr. Z who is 28 years old with a primary nursing diagnosis of social isolation. Efforts are being made to improve the client's socialization skills with generalist nursing actions and music therapy. Generalist nursing interventions are still given to clients, but music therapy is added. Nursing care was given for 8 days and music therapy for 4 days. The results of the application of music therapy show a decrease in the symptoms of social isolation from a score of 20 to 4, as well as an increase in the ability of the client from a score of 0 to 7. Through these results it is hoped that music therapy can be applied as an additional intervention in providing nursing care to clients with social isolation at hospital. |
