Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai gaya fasad bangunan sekolah di Kota Bogor yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk, jenis gaya arsitektur fasad bangunan sekolah kolonial di Kota Bogor dan faktor apa yang mempengaruhinya. Dari lima fasad bangunan yang menjadi objek penelitian, seluruh fasad bangunan memiliki gaya dominan Indisch stijl dengan beberapa ornamen pengaruh gaya art deco, art and craft, dan Amsterdam school. Pengaplikasian gaya Indisch stijl merupakan bukti adanya modernisasi namun tetap mengupayakan adaptasi dan eklektisisme terhadap tradisi arsitektur lokal dan iklim Kota Bogor. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya pada fasad bangunan sekolah kolonial di Kota Bogor pada tahun 1899-1930 adalah historis, keletakan, dan waktu.
This final project discusses the facade style of school buildings in Bogor City which aims to determine the form, type of architectural style of colonial school buildings in Bogor City and what factors influence it. Of the five building facades that became the object of research, all of the building facades have the dominant style of Indisch Stijl with several influences of art deco, art and craft ornaments, and the Amsterdam school. The application of the Indisch Stijl style is proof of modernization but still strives for adaptation and eclecticism to local architectural traditions and the climate of Bogor City. The factors that influence the style on the facade of a colonial school building in Bogor City in 1899-1930 are history, location, and time. |
