Pelayanan merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seorang profesional dibidang ilmunya untuk melakukan atau memberikan jasa kepada konsumen yang membutuhkan. Waktu pelayanan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan farmasi rumah sakit. Waktu pelayanan yang lama dianggap membuat pasien frustasi dan menjadi penyebab potensial ketidakpuasan pasien pada pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui waktu pelayanan resep dari resep masuk hingga obat diberikan kepada pasien. Waktu pelayanan dihitung dari waktu dokter meresepkan hingga pemberian obat ke pasien. Parameter yang diamati adalah waktu penulisan resep, verifikasi, dispensing, dan penyerahan obat. Rata-rata waktu pelayanan pelayanan resep pasien pulang dari obat diresepkan hingga diserahkan adalah 10 jam 21 menit 27 detik, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan resep pasien pulang di Unit Rawat Inap dilakukan kurang dari 24 jam. Rata-rata waktu pelayanan resep pada tahap verifikasi, dispensing, dan penyerahan berturut-turut adalah 37 menit, 1 jam 48 menit 55 detik, dan 7 jam 55 menit 33 detik. Rata-rata waktu pelayanan resep untuk pasien dengan jaminan BPJS yaitu 10 jam 6 menit, sedangkan pelayanan resep untuk pasien dengan jaminan Umum memiliki waktu pelayanan 8 jam 53 menit 54 detik. Service is a series of activities carried out by a professional in the field of knowledge to perform or provide services to consumers in need. Service time can affect patient satisfaction with hospital pharmacy services. Long service time is considered to frustrate patients and is a potential cause of patient dissatisfaction with health services. This research was conducted to determine the prescription service time from the incoming prescription until the drug was given to the patient. Service time is calculated from the time the doctor prescribes to administering the drug to the patient. Parameters that are considered are the time of prescription writing, verification, dispensing, and drug delivery. The average time for prescription services for patients to go home from the drugs prescribed to delivery is 10 hours 21 minutes 27 seconds, so it can be interpreted that the prescription services for patients going home at the Inpatient Unit are carried out in less than 24 hours. The average prescription service time at the verification, dispensing and delivery stages was 37 minutes, 1 hour 48 minutes 55 seconds and 7 hours 55 minutes 33 seconds respectively. The average prescription service time for patients with BPJS insurance is 10 hours 6 minutes, while prescription services for patients with general insurance have a service time of 8 hours 53 minutes 54 seconds. |
