Aksesibilitas adalah kemudahan melakukan mobilitas dari satu tempat ke tempat lain yang termasuk dalam sistem transportasi. Mobilitas masyarakat terjadi setiap hari, hal ini disebabkan oleh perjalanan dari dan ke kota atau tujuan masyarakat, seperti di kota Bogor. Menurut data riset Global Traffic Scorecard 2021, tingkat kemacetan di Kota Bogor menduduki peringkat ke-5 di Indonesia, dan ke-821 di dunia. Tingginya jumlah kendaraan yang melewati Kota Bogor serta jumlah pengguna komuter, dan permasalahan lalu lintas yang dialami di Kota Bogor, tentunya mengganggu aksesibilitas transportasi yang merupakan komponen penting dari sebuah kota dan juga sangat penting untuk menjamin masyarakat dapat mengakses layanan seperti kesehatan, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan. Hal ini tidak dapat tercapai dengan baik jika akses mobilitas masyarakat terganggu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis indikator aksesibilitas transportasi dengan menggunakan metode PTAL dan PTAI lalu mendapatkan pembaharuan indikator aksesibilitas menggunakan Skala Likert dan SEM - PLS. Hasil analisis PTAL dan PTAI adalah tingkat aksesibilitas transportasi di Kota Bogor masih tergolong sangat buruk atau masih sulit untuk dijangkau. Kemudian hasil dari SEM-PLS, variabel baru untuk perhitungan aksesibilitas transprotasi adalah Variabel Wilayah dengan indikator Kepadatan Tata Guna Lahan. Accessibility is the ease of doing mobility from one place to another which is included in the transportation system. Community mobility occurs every day, this is caused by travel to and from cities or community destinations, such as in the city of Bogor. According to research data from the Global Traffic Scorecard 2021, the level of congestion in Bogor City is ranked 5th in Indonesia, and 821st in the world. The high number of vehicles passing through the City of Bogor as well as the number of commuter users, and the traffic problems experienced in the City of Bogor, of course disrupt the accessibility of transportation which is an important component of a city and is also very important to ensure that people can access services such as health, education and employment. . This cannot be achieved properly if access to community mobility is disrupted. Therefore, this study aims to analyze indicators of transportation accessibility using the PTAL and PTAI methods and then get updated accessibility indicators using the Likert Scale and SEM - PLS. The results of PTAL and PTAI analysis show that the level of transportation accessibility in Bogor City is still very bad or difficult to reach. Then the results from SEM - PLS, the new variable for calculating transportation accessibility is the Area Variable with the Land Use Density indicator. |
