Transportasi online saat ini menjadi pilihan moda yang diminati oleh masyarakat perkotaan di indonesia, namun dengan semakin sibuknya aktifitas antar jemput penumpang terutama di kawasan stasiun kereta api menyebabkan permasalahan kemacetan. Hadirnya shelter ojek online diharapkan dapat mengatasi solusi permasalahan tersebut. Namun sampai saat ini belum ada ketentuan yang pasti penempatan lokasi shelter yang tepat. Akibatnya beberapa shelter harus dibongkar dan dipindahkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis indikator apa saja yang dibutuhkan dalam penyediaan shelter ojek online dalam sebuah panduan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchi Process (AHP) agar didapatkan faktor kepentingan untuk masing-masing indikator dan kriteria yang terbentuk berdasarkan preferensi pengemudi dan pengguna layanan ojek online. Panduan penyediaan shelter ojek online ini diaplikasikan di kawasan stasiun kota Tegal dengan pihak penilai lokasi pemerintah Kota Tegal, operator transportasi online dan PT KAI Daop IV Semarang stasiun tegal. Penilaian ini dilakukan dengan metode skoring berdasarkan indikator dan pembobotan yang telah terbentuk. Hasil survei yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa aksesibilitas shelter menjadi indikator dengan prioritas tertinggi yaitu sebesar 21,54 % disusuldengan indikator keselamatan (19,19%), demand (14,52%), keamanan (12.87%), kenyamanan (12,14%), keteraturan (11,85%), dan kesetaraan (7,89%). Setelah dilakukan penilaian lokasi oleh calon penyedia layanan diketahu bahwa lokasi shelter di Jl Kolonel Sugiono merupakan lokasi paling optimal untuk dijadikan shelter ojek online di kawasan stasiun Kota Tegal dengan nilai total sebesar 12,718. Dengan penempatan shelter yang terukur ini dapat mengakomodir berbagai pihak yang terkait sebagai solusi permasalahan yang timbul dari aktifitas antar jemput ojek online. Panduan ini diharapkan dapat diaplikasikan di berbagai lokasi yang membutuhkan penyediaan fasilitas shelter ojek online.
Online transportation is currently a means of choice that is in demand by urban communities in Indonesia, but with increasing activity between passengers, especially in the area of the railway station causes problems of congestion. The presence of an online shelter is expected to solve this problem. So far, however, there is no definitive location for the shelter. As a result, some shelters have to be dismantled and moved. The aim of this study is to analyze what indicators are needed in the provision of online shelter in a guide. This research uses the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to obtain factors of interest for each indicator and criteria that are formed based on the preferences of drivers and users of online check services. The guidelines for the provision of online shelter are applied in the area of the city station of Tegal with the assessment of the location of the government of Kota Tegal, the online transport operator and PT KAI Daop IV Semarang tegal station. This assessment is done using the scoring method based on the indicators and weighing that have been formed. The results of the survey showed that shelter accessibility was the indicator with the highest priority of 21.54%, followed by indicators of safety (19,19%), demand (14,52%), safety (12.87%), comfort (12.14%), regularity (11.85%), and equality (7.89%). After an assessment of the location by the candidate service provider, it is known that the location of the shelter at Jl Kolonel Sugiono is the most optimal location to be used as an online Shelter in the area of the city station of Tegal with a total value of 12,718. With this measured shelter placement can accommodate various related parties as a solution to the problems arising from the online pick up and drop off activity.
