Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Daerah (SIKDA) Generik telah diimplementasikan di tujuh puskesmas yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Kepahiang sejak tahun 2018. Hingga saat ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pemanfaatan Aplikasi SIKDA Generik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan rancangan cross-sectional untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan SIKDA Generik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 75 orang pengguna SIKDA Generik. Dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui WhatsApp (WA). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode SEM PLS. Pada penelitian ini, dari hasil analisis deskriptif, 82.7 % responden menyatakan bahwa faktor kualitas sistem pada pemanfaatan aplikasi SIKDA Generik adalah cukup baik, faktor kualitas informasi 92% responden menyatakan cukup baik, faktor pengaruh sosial 60% responden menyatakan cukup baik, faktor ekspektasi kinerja 64 % responden menyatakan cukup baik, faktor sikap 88% responden menyatakan cukup baik, faktor kepuasan keseluruhan 85,3%, responden menyatakan cukup baik faktor kebermanfaatan 86,7% responden menyatakan cukup baik faktor kondisi fasilitas 90,7% responden menyatakan kurang baik. pengujian hipotesis pada inner model dalam path-analysis beberapa konstruk yang tidak berpengaruh yaitu pengaruh sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi kinerja, kondisi fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan keseluruhan. Sedangkan untuk konstruk ekspektasi kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi, sikap dipengaruhi oleh kondisi fasilitas dan ekspektasi kinerja, kepuasan keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan kebermanfaatan.
