Rumah sakit mempunyai kewajiban dalam upaya keselamatan pasien salah satunya upaya pencegahan risiko pasien jatuh. Kepatuhan upaya pencegahan risiko pasien jatuh di IGD dan ruang anak masih belum sesuai standar Kepatuhan dipengaruhi oleh hedonic goal, gain goal, dan normative goal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan kepatuhan upaya pencegahan risiko jatuh di RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory sequential mixed method dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Hasil penelitian adalah ada hubungan signifikan motivasi, reward, SOP dengan kepatuhan upaya pencegahan risiko pasien jatuh di RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta. Faktor dominan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala dan berkesinambungan, adanya reward punishment yang dihubungkan dengan jasa pelayanan, memberikan kesempatan lebih besar pengembangan diri bagi perawat, memodifikasi tempat tidur pasien dengan menutup lubang pada handril tempat tidur pasien anak, supervise kepala ruangan , reward dan punishment bagi PJ shift, PJ shift senior membagikan ilmu dan membimbing perawat junior, dan menempelkan pengkajian risiko pasien jatuh di nurse station. The results of the study were that there was a significant relationship between motivation, reward, SOP and compliance with efforts to prevent the risk of patients falling at Wonosari Hospital Yogyakarta. The dominant factor in the study was motivation. This study recommends conducting regular and continuous momitoring and evaluation, the existence of reward punishment associated with service services, providing greater opportunities for self-development for nurses, modify the patient's bed by closing the hole in the handril of the pediatric patient's bed, supervise the head of the room, reward and punishment for PJ shifts, senior shift PJs sharing knowledge and guiding junior nurses, and attaching risk assessments of falling patients at the nurse station. |
