Banjir yang kerap terjadi di sekitar Sungai Cikeas telah menyebabkan banyak kerugian bagi warga. Selain itu, banjir juga menyebabkan erosi tebing sungai. Wilayah Kabupaten Bogor yang kerap terdampak banjir Sungai Cikeas, salah satunya Perumahan Vila Nusa Indah 3. Ada pula belasan perumahan di Kota Bekasi yang juga terdampak kenaikan tinggi muka air Sungai Cikeas. Masyarakat Desa Bojongkulur meminta bantuan penanganan erosi di Sungai Cikeas tersebut kepada pemerintah khususnya pada Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Ciliwung - Cisadane untuk segera melakukan penanganan tanggap darurat dengan pembangunan tebing sungai dengan konstruksi bronjong di beberapa lokasi Sepanjang Sungai Cikeas.Saat ini pada pelaksanaan kegiatan tanggap darurat Sungai Cikeas belum menerapkan K3 dalam pelaksanaannya, salah satu alasannya yakni kegiatan tanggap darurat merupakan kegiatan yang harus cepat dan segera dilaksanakan sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya sering kali mengesampingkan penerapan K3. Dengan penerapan K3 dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi baik untuk kegiatan tanggap darurat maupun kegiatan konstruksi pada umumnya yakni untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja baik para pekerja konstruksi, masyarakat yang terkena dampak secara langsung terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dan juga lingkungan sekitar. Frequent flooding around the Cikeas River has caused many losses to residents. In addition, flooding also causes erosion of riverbanks. Areas of Bogor Regency that are often affected by Cikeas River flooding include Nusa Indah 3 Villa Housing. There are also dozens of housing estates in Bekasi City that are also affected by the rising water level of the Cikeas River. The Bojongkulur Village community requested assistance in handling erosion in the Cikeas River to the government, especially the Ciliwung - Cisadane River Basin Authority to immediately carry out emergency response handling by building riverbanks with gabion construction in several locations along the Cikeas River.Currently, the implementation of emergency response activities on the Cikeas River has not implemented OHS in its implementation, one of the reasons is that emergency response activities are activities that must be carried out quickly and immediately so that in their implementation they often override the application of OHS. With the application of OHS in the implementation of construction both for emergency response activities and construction activities in general, namely to reduce the risk of work accidents both for construction workers, people who are directly affected by the implementation of these activities and also the surrounding environment. |
