Mimpi jutaan masyarakat Indonesia, yang 69%-nya menggemari sepakbola, untuk melihat kemajuan sepakbola nasional dapat dimulai dari mengembangkan Liga 1 sebagai pusat dari value chain industri sepakbola nasional. Namun, kondisi pandemi covid-19 dan tragedi kanjuruhan memberikan dampak negatif pada liga. Terjadi penurunan antusiasme menonton Liga 1 berdampak pada penurunan valuasi komersial. Apabila dibiarkan, hal ini dapat berefek pada potensi nilai bisnis yang tidak tercapai serta efek negatif lainnya untuk keberlanjutan liga dan klub peserta Liga 1. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perancangan strategi pemulihan bisnis Liga 1 Indonesia menggunakan metode kombinasi multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) dan manajemen strategi, yakni SWOT, Fuzzy AHP dan TOPSIS. Hasilnya, dari identifikasi faktor SWOT melalui wawancara ahli, didapatkan 30 subfaktor SWOT yang terdiri dari 8 subfaktor kekuatan, 8 subfaktor kelemahan, 7 subfaktor peluang, dan 7 subfaktor ancaman. Fuzzy AHP memberikan hasil pembobotan kepentingan tiap faktor yang hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Perizinan Keamanan menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap bisnis Liga 1. Dari subfaktor yang didapatkan, dilakukan perancangan 8 alternatif strategi dengan menggunakan Matriks TOWS. Kemudian, dengan metode TOPSIS, didapatkan hasil bahwa PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) perlu memprioritaskan implementasi dari alternatif strategi Merit-based Distribution dan Liga 1 Schedule Calendar untuk memulihkan bisnis Liga 1 yang terdampak pandemi dan tragedi kanjuruhan. Penelitian ini juga berisi gambaran alur bisnis dari ekosistem Liga 1 dan simulasi dari tiga skenario potensial yang terjadi pada industri sepakbola nasional di masa depan dan dampaknya pada bisnis Liga 1.
The dream of the Indonesian people, of whom 69% are fans of football, to see the progress of national football can be started by developing Liga 1 Indonesia as the center of the national football industry value chain. However, the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic and the kanjuruhan tragedy harmed the league. The decline in enthusiasm for watching Liga 1 has an impact on decreasing commercial value. If left uncontrolled, this can affect the potential business value that is not achieved as well as other negative effects on the sustainability of the league and clubs participating in Liga 1. Therefore, it is necessary to design a business recovery strategy for Liga 1 Indonesia using the combination method of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) and strategic management, namely SWOT, Fuzzy AHP, and TOPSIS. As a result, with the help of SWOT factors through expert interviews, 30 SWOT subfactors were obtained consisting of 8 strengths subfactors, 8 weakness subfactors, 7 opportunity subfactors, and 7 threat subfactors. Fuzzy AHP gives the results of weighting the importance of each factor whose results show that Security Licensing is the factor that has the most influence on the Liga 1 business. From the subfactors obtained, 8 alternative strategies were designed using the TOWS Matrix. Then, using the TOPSIS method, the result is that PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) needs to prioritize the implementation of alternative strategies named Merit-Based Distribution and Liga 1 Schedule Calendar to restore Liga 1 businesses recovering from the pandemic and kanjuruhan tragedy. This research also contains the business flow of the Liga 1 business ecosystem and simulations of three potential scenarios that will occur in the national football industry in the future and their impact on the business of Liga 1. |
