Gig economy menjadi pasar tenaga kerja populer beberapa tahun terakhir, didorong kemajuan teknologi dan pertumbuhan pekerjaan online. Gig Economy menawarkan peluang besar bagi perusahaan pencari kerja di Indonesia untuk menyediakan aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan On Demand Worker dalam mencari kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat perancangan aplikasi On Demand Job yang mudah digunakan oleh On Demand Worker dalam mencari pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC yang diuji menggunakan metode usability testing. Penelitian ini melakukan in depth inteview dengan ahli untuk mengetahui perancangan aplikasi On Demand Job dan juga menyebarkan kuesioner kepada calon pengguna aplikasi On Demand Job. Penelitian menghasilkan output desain aplikasi yang berkualitas yang dapat dimanfaatkan On Demand Worker sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan pencari kerja. Hasil dari kuesioner PSSUQ dengan rata-rata kepuasan seluruh responden sebesar 1,46, SYSUSE sebesar 1,47, INFOQUAL sebesar 1,43 dan INTERQUAL sebesar 1,51, dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengguna sudah puas dengan perancangan apikasi On Demand Job. The gig economy has become a popular labor market in recent years, driven by advances in technology and the growth of online jobs. The Gig Economy offers a great opportunity for job seekers in Indonesia to provide applications that make it easier for On Demand Workers to find work. The purpose of this research is to design an On Demand Job application that is easy for On Demand Workers to use when looking for work. This study used SDLC method which was tested using the usability testing. This study conducted in-depth interviews with experts to find out the design of the On Demand Job application and also distributed questionnaires to prospective users of the On Demand Job application. The research produces quality application design output that can be utilized by On Demand Workers in accordance with the expectations of job seekers. The results of the PSSUQ questionnaire with an average satisfaction of all respondents at 1.46, SYSUSE at 1.47, INFOQUAL at 1.43 and INTERQUAL at 1.51, it can be stated that the user is satisfied with the On Demand Job application design. |
