Pelaksanaan distribusi vaksin yang merupakan salah satu produk rantai dingin, harus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ditetapkan untuk memastikan mutu vaksin tetap terjaga dengan baik. Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar melaksanakan prosedur distribusi vaksin sesuai dengan peraturan Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia dan BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan). Beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam proses distribusi vaksin adalah suhu cool box saat distribusi vaksin yang dapat dipantau melalui termometer yang tersedia, status freeze tag dalam cool box, jumlah vaksin, VVM vaksin bila ada, tanggal kadaluwarsa vaksin, serta suhu cold chain tempat vaksin disimpan yang dipantau tiga kali sehari. Seluruh hal tersebut harus tercatat dengan baik dan jelas pada berita acara serah terima vaksin dan laporan kedatangan vaksin. The distribution of vaccines, which are one of the cold chain products, must be carried out in accordance with the stipulated requirements to ensure that the quality of the vaccines is maintained properly. The Makassar District Health Center carries out vaccine distribution procedures in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesia’s Ministry of Health and BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan). Some points that have to be considered in the vaccine distribution process are the temperature of the cool box during vaccine distribution which can be monitored by the provided thermometer, the status of the freeze tag in the cool box, the number of vaccines, the VVM of the vaccine if available, the expiration date of the vaccine, and the temperature of the cold chain where the vaccine is stored which is monitored three times a day. All of these aspects must be recorded properly and clearly in the vaccine handover records and vaccine arrival reports. |
