Pelayanan kefarmasian memiliki tujuan yaitu mengidentifikasi, mencegah dan menyelesaikan masalah obat dan masalah yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan. Masalah terkait Efek Samping Obat (ESO) tidak dapat diremehkan karena dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak dalam penggunaan obat baik dari sisi ekonomi, psikologi dan keberhasilan terapi. Monitoring ESO merupakan salah satu pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kegiatan tersebut memerlukan suatu informasi atau data terkait efek samping obat yang dicurigai sebagai penyebab terjadinya reaksi yang tidak diinginkan. Data efek samping obat dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu acuan dalam mengidentifikasi efek samping obat. Obat-obat yang diresepkan oleh dokter di Puskesmas Kebon Jeruk merupakan obat yang tercantum dalam Formularium Puskesmas Kebon Jeruk dan sebagian besar merupakan jenis sediaan obat oral. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efek samping obat oral yang terdapat dalam Formularium Puskesmas Kebon Jeruk. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menyiapkan daftar obat oral yang terdapat pada Formularium Puskesmas Kebon Jeruk. Kemudian memasukkan setiap nama generik obat oral pada software Micromedex untuk mengetahui efek samping dari obat tersebut dan dilakukan analisis terhadap efek samping obat-obat dalam Formularium Puskesmas tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebanyak 88 nama generik obat oral yang terdapat di Formularium Puskesmas Kebon Jeruk memiliki efek samping masing-masing yang dibedakan antara efek samping yang umum terjadi dan efek samping yang serius. Problems related to drug side effects (ESO) cannot be underestimated because they can have various impacts on the use of drugs both from an economic, psychological, and therapeutic perspective. ESO monitoring is one of the clinical pharmacy services. This activity requires information or data related to the side effects of drugs that are suspected of causing unwanted reactions. Drug side effect data can be used as a reference in identifying drug side effects. Medicines prescribed by doctors at the Kebon Jeruk Health Center are drugs listed in the Kebon Jeruk Health Center Formulary and most of them are oral drug preparations. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to find out the side effects of oral drugs contained in the Kebon Jeruk Health Center Formulary. This activity is carried out by preparing a list of oral drugs contained in the Kebon Jeruk Health Center Formulary. Then enter each generic name of the oral drug in the Micromedex software to find out the side effects of the drug and do an analysis of the side effects of the drugs in the Puskesmas Formulary. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that as many as 88 generic names of oral drugs contained in the Kebon Jeruk Health Center Formulary have their own side effects which are distinguished between common side effects and serious side effects. |
