Efikasi diri merupakan keyakinan seseorang terkait kemampuannya untuk melakukan sebuah tindakan. Untuk mengatasi rendahnya tingkat efikasi diri ostomates diperlukan pengetahuan terkait faktor yang berhubungan dengan efikasi diri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan efikasi diri pada ostomates. Penelitian bersifat korelasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner sosiodemografik dan Stoma Self-Efficacy Scale. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Krusikal wallis dan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian yaitu rata-rata usia responden 45.53 Tahun. Mayoritas responden laki-laki (67,6%), menikah (94,1%), pendidikan terakhir perguruan tinggi (50,0%), bekerja (67,6%), menderita kanker selama 1-4 tahun (67,6%), dan memiliki tingkat efikasi diri sedang (76,5%). Berdasarkan analisis bivariat variabel, diperoleh hasil faktor yang berhubungan dengan efikasi diri adalah lama menderita kanker, sedangkan usia, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, Pendidikan tidak berhubungan dengan efikasi diri. Perawat berperan penting sebagai fasilitator dan educator agar efikasi diri dapat tercapai lebih optimal.
Self-efficacy is a person's belief regarding his ability to perform an action. To overcome the low self-efficacy level of ostomates, knowledge regarding factors related to self-efficacy is needed. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors related to self-efficacy in ostomates. This research is correlational with cross-sectional design. Sampling was done by total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a sociodemographic questionnaire and Stoma Self-Efficacy Scale. Data were analyzed using Crusical Wallis and Chi Square tests. The results of the study are the average age of the respondents 45.53 years. The majority of respondents were male (67.6%), married (94.1%), graduated from university (50.0%), worked (67.6%), had cancer for 1-4 years (67.6 %), and has a moderate level of self-efficacy (76.5%). Based on the bivariate analysis of variables, the results of factors related to self-efficacy are length of time with cancer, while age, gender, marital status, education are not related to self-efficacy. Nurses play an important role as facilitators and educators so that self-efficacy can be achieved more optimally. |
