Di Universitas Indonesia belum pernah di lakukan penelitian spesifik mengenai water table dan zona akuifer, dan penelitian ini akan membahas tentang keberadaan lapisan water table dan akuifer menggunakan metode geolistrik konfigurasi Wenner di Lapangan Rotunda, Universitas Indonesia, Depok, Jawa Barat, Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran menggunakan 3 lintasan, setiap lintasan memiliki panjang 95 meter dengan posisi lintasan sejajar. Pengolahan data dan inversi 2D menggunakan software Res2Dinv, dan interpretasi 3D menggunakan RockWork. Penelitian ini dikontrol menggunakan data uji lab nilai resistivitas tanah dan data geologi dari GeoMap (ESDM). Hasil dari penelitian ini mencitrakan kondisi lapisan bawah permukaan seperti zona water table dan keberadaan akuifer di lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan model struktur lapisan tanah di bawah permukaan, diperoleh zona water table dengan nilai resistivitas sebesar 42.6-68.7 ohm meter berada pada kedalaman 12 meter. Ketebalan akuifer belum dapat di identifikasi dengan baik karena penetrasi konfigurasi yang digunakan masih terlalu dangkal.
