HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) menjadi isu utama kesehatan dunia. Terapi ARV (Anti-retroviral) sudah terbukti sangat efektif dalam menekan jumlah virus dalam individu. Insomnia dan fatigue merupakan gejala umum pada orang dengan HIV. Insomnia juga dapat memengaruhi kesehatan fisik salah satunya adalah sistem kekebalan tubuh. Fatigue berpontensi menyebabkan gangguan fungsi. Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan insomnia dan fatigue dengan kepatuhan terapi ARV klien dengan HIV/AIDS. . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan total 106 sampel. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Squre. Hasil menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara insomnia dan fatigue dengan kepatuhan terapi ARV klien dengan HIV/AIDS. Kesimpulan: Karakteristik responden berdasarkan insomnia dan fatigue dialami oleh ≤ 50% dari total responden. Tapi mayoritas responden tidak patuh dalam mengkomsumsi ARV. Peneliti selanjutnya harus meilhat penyebab kepatuhan yang buruk. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a major global health issue. ARV (Anti-retroviral) therapy has been proven to be very effective in suppressing the amount of virus in an individual. Insomnia and fatigue are common symptoms in people living with HIV. Insomnia can also affect physical health, one of which is the immune system. Fatigue has the potential to cause functional impairment. Objective: to determine the relationship between insomnia and fatigue with adherence to ARV therapy for clients with HIV/AIDS. . This study used a cross sectional approach with a total of 106 samples. Analysis use Chi-Squre. The results showed that there was no relationship between insomnia and fatigue with adherence to ARV therapy for clients with HIV/AIDS. Conclusion: Characteristics of respondents based on insomnia and fatigue experienced by ≤ 50% of the total respondents. But the majority of respondents were not compliant in consuming ARVs. Future researchers must look at the causes of poor adherence. |
